Trump Tower Tbilisi
Georgia's tallest address, 70 floors above Central Park.
Downtown Tbilisi is a $2 billion mixed-use district designed by Gensler beside Central Park, and Trump Tower Tbilisi is its centrepiece. At 70 floors and 259 metres it is set to be the tallest building in Georgia. Its six towers hold residences from one to four bedrooms, penthouses, a hotel, offices and a retail gallery.

Designed by Gensler, Built to Be Georgia's Tallest
Trump Tower Tbilisi anchors a masterplan of six towers by Gensler, the world's largest architecture practice, and rises 259 metres above Central Park. Bronze vertical fins run the full height of the facade, opening at the sky lounge levels and closing into a crown that carries the Trump name in gold above the city. The residences look out over Central Park, the Mtkvari valley and the Caucasus ridge beyond.

Residences Above the City
Residences from one to four bedrooms, and a limited collection of penthouses with panoramic terraces. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, natural stone, oak floors and a material palette held to the Trump residential standard. Residents have private access to the sky lounges, the spa and wellness floor, the indoor and rooftop pools, and a concierge run to hotel service levels.

A District, Not Only a Tower
Downtown Tbilisi covers more than 600,000 m² across six towers: a hotel, an aparthotel, residences, offices and a retail gallery arranged around landscaped squares. Dining terraces, a cinema, co-working floors, a kindergarten and underground parking sit inside the podium, and Central Park begins at the door. The district is developed by Archi and INVIA, with delivery scheduled for June 2029.
