Trump Tower Tbilisi
A new world address
Downtown Tbilisi is a $2 billion mixed-use complex designed by Gensler beside Central Park, and Trump Tower Tbilisi is its main tower. At 62 floors and 280 metres it is set to be the tallest building in Georgia. Its six towers hold residences from one to four bedrooms, penthouses, a hotel, offices and a retail gallery.
Designed by Gensler, Read from Every Direction
Trump Tower Tbilisi is the epicentre of a six-tower masterplan by Gensler, the world's largest architecture studio, and looks out over Central Park from 280 metres. Distinctive vertical elements run the full height of the facade, opening at the panoramic lounge floors and closing into a crown where the Trump name shines in gold above the city. The residences open onto exceptional views over the capital.
Residences Above the City
850 residences arranged across the tower, from one to four bedrooms, with a limited collection of penthouses at the top. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, natural stone, oak floors and materials held to the Trump brand's residential standard. Residents have direct access to the spa and wellness spaces, the indoor and rooftop pools, the panoramic lounges and a concierge run to hotel service levels.
A District, Not Only a Tower
Downtown Tbilisi covers more than 600,000 m² and brings together six towers: a hotel, an aparthotel, residences, offices and a retail gallery arranged around landscaped squares. Dining terraces, a cinema, a co-working space, a kindergarten and underground parking sit inside the podium. The complex is developed by Archi and INVIA, with delivery scheduled for June 2029.
