Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Archi Promotion LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website and uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to measure how it is used, and to understand which of our advertising brings people here.

This policy applies to visitors worldwide, including but not limited to the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the United States and Canada. Region-specific information is set out in Section 12.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are used to remember your preferences, to keep a session working, and to measure how a site is used.

This policy also covers technologies that are not cookies but do the same job: local storage and session storage, which save small amounts of information in your browser. The law treats them the same way as cookies, so we list them in the same table and put them behind the same choices.

Cookies do not damage your device and do not give us access to your files. You can control them in your browser at any time.

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep the website working and remember the choices you make on it
  • understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
  • protect the site and our forms against automated abuse
  • measure how our advertising campaigns perform and attribute enquiries to the campaign that produced them

3. Types of cookies we use

Essential. Required for the website to function, including remembering your cookie choices and recovering from a failed page load. These do not require your consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered. They cannot be switched off.

Performance and analytics. Help us understand how visitors reach and move through the site, which pages hold attention and where people leave. We use this to improve the pages, not to identify you personally.

Functionality. Remember choices you have made, such as your preferred language, so the site behaves consistently on your next visit.

Marketing and advertising. Set by us and by our advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, to attribute an enquiry to the advertisement that produced it, and to show you relevant advertising on other websites. This category includes our own first-touch attribution record, which stores the advertising identifiers present in the link you arrived through.

Security. Used to keep connections secure and to protect our forms against automated abuse. We rely on legitimate interest for these rather than consent, as explained in Section 6, so they carry no separate toggle.

4. The cookies and storage we use

The table below is generated from a single inventory that is shared by every language version of this policy, so the list you see here is the same list published in every other language.

Where a duration is shown for local storage, it is a limit we apply ourselves: browsers do not expire local storage automatically, so our code deletes these entries once the period has passed.

5. Third-party services

Some of the technologies listed above are provided by third parties, which use them under their own privacy and cookie policies and may act as independent controllers or as our processors depending on the service and on your local law. We encourage you to read their policies.

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). Tag Manager sets no cookies itself but is the mechanism that loads the other measurement tags.
  • Google Ads (Google LLC), for advertising measurement and attribution.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), for advertising measurement. Not currently active on this site.
  • Google Cloud and Firebase Hosting (Google LLC), which serve this website and record standard server logs, including your IP address, for security and reliability.

Two of our campaign pages that are used for internal testing and are not open to search engines load images or video from third-party media hosts. Those hosts do not set cookies, but they do receive your IP address and browser type when the media is requested.

6. Legal basis for using cookies

Where the law requires a legal basis, including under the EU and UK GDPR and comparable frameworks, we rely on the following:

  • Consent, for analytics, functionality and marketing cookies. These are activated only after you actively opt in.
  • Legitimate interest, for security cookies needed to keep the site and our forms safe, where that interest is not overridden by your rights.
  • Strict necessity, for essential cookies without which the website cannot provide what you asked for.

7. Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose before any non-essential cookie or storage entry is placed on your device. You can:

  • accept all categories
  • reject all non-essential categories with a single click, presented as prominently as accepting
  • choose category by category in the preference centre
  • change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of our landing pages and at the top of this policy

Essential cookies carry no toggle, because the site cannot work without them. Security technologies rely on legitimate interest, as set out in Section 6, and are likewise not part of the toggles.

Withdrawing consent does more than stop future collection: when you switch a category off, we delete the entries in that category that are already on your device and instruct our measurement tags to stop writing new ones.

We remember your choice for 12 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again if we add a new category or a new provider, because consent given before a change cannot cover it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to reject marketing cookies and apply that automatically.

8. International data transfers

Some of our providers, including Google and Meta, process data in the United States or in other countries outside your own. Our website hosting and the database that stores enquiries submitted through this site are operated by Google Cloud and are located in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply using the contact details in Section 14.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the personal data collected through cookies:

  • to access the personal data we hold about you and learn how it is used
  • to have inaccurate data corrected or updated
  • to have your data deleted, where applicable
  • to object to or restrict certain processing, including profiling for advertising
  • to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal
  • to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising, where your local law recognises that right
  • to complain to your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before we respond.

10. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from, or place non-essential cookies on the devices of, children below the age of consent that applies in their country, which is generally 16, or 13 where local law allows a lower threshold. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so that we can delete it.

12. Region-specific notices

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We process cookie data in accordance with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive as implemented locally. Non-essential cookies require your prior, freely given, specific and informed consent, collected through our banner before those cookies are set.

Georgia. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. You may address complaints to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Where applicable we align with local frameworks such as UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. These generally require a lawful basis for processing, restrict cross-border transfers without adequate safeguards, and grant rights of access, correction and deletion as described in Section 9.

United States. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as California under the CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, which can include data collected by marketing cookies. You can exercise the opt-out through our preference centre, by switching off the marketing category, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honour automatically. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

Canada. We process personal data collected through cookies in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, rely on meaningful consent for non-essential cookies, and let you withdraw consent at any time.

This section is general information and is not legal advice. Where local law is stricter than anything described elsewhere in this policy, the stricter requirement applies to visitors from that jurisdiction.

13. How to manage cookies

15. Updates to this policy
