2. What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- your name, e-mail address and telephone number, including the country code you select
- the answers you gave in the questionnaire, such as the purpose of your purchase and the type of apartment you are interested in
- the page you submitted from, including any campaign parameters in its address
- the advertising campaign you arrived through, where you have accepted marketing cookies
- your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time of the submission
- a record of the consent you gave: what you agreed to, in which language, and when
Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, which include your IP address, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data, such as health, religion or political opinions. Please do not include such information in free-text messages to us.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To contact you about the property you enquired about and to prepare an offer. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submitted the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.
- To pass your enquiry to our sales team through our customer relationship management system, so that it is not lost and can be followed up.
- To understand which advertising produces genuine enquiries. Legal basis: consent, through the marketing cookie category.
- To protect our forms against automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service usable.
- To keep a record that you consented, which the law requires us to be able to demonstrate. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Providing your data is voluntary, but we cannot contact you with an offer if you do not provide it.
5. International transfers
The database that stores enquiries submitted through this website is operated by Google Cloud and located in the United States. Some of our other providers also process data in the United States.
Where personal data leaves your country we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for details using the contact details in Section 11.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months from the date you submit them, after which they are deleted automatically from our database. Where an enquiry has become an active sales relationship, we may keep it for as long as that relationship lasts and for the period afterwards required by accounting and tax law.
A copy of your enquiry also exists in our customer relationship management system and is subject to the same retention approach. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from both.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right:
- to be told what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it
- to have inaccurate data corrected
- to have your data deleted
- to object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing, which you can object to at any time
- to receive your data in a portable format
- to withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
- to complain to your data protection authority
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we may need to verify your identity first.
9. How we protect your data
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not readable from the public internet. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. Credentials for our customer relationship management system are held in a managed secret store and are never present in the website you are viewing.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us so that we can delete it.
